Job summary

Ubique Systems is seeking an experienced Data Migration Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst to lead an enterprise historical data migration program. The role will manage end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Data Engineering, M&A, and Business Process Owner teams.

You will own the data migration plan, govern the program, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, define mappings, support data profiling and validation, and ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data migration, analysis, project/program management, or technology delivery.
• Experience with enterprise data migration projects.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce data.
• Knowledge of data mapping, data profiling, data quality, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing UAT and business sign-off.
• Strong stakeholder, project governance, RAID, risk, and dependency management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data migration project plan, scope, timeline, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and budget.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, RAID management, stakeholder meetings, and senior management reporting.
• Coordinate dependencies across ERP, CRM, Data Engineering, Cloud, and M&A workstreams.
• Gather and document business/functional requirements for historical data migration from SAP, Salesforce, and other source systems.
• Define source-to-target mappings for migration into Snowflake, including transformation and cleansing rules.
• Perform/support data profiling, quality assessments, reconciliation, and validation.
• Define data validation criteria and support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
• Work with Business Process Owners to prioritize and validate migration requirements.
• Support data lineage, governance, compliance, and migration documentation.
• Manage stakeholder communication and change management activities.
• Ensure successful delivery of migration phases within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with enterprise data migration projects.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce data.
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, data profiling, data quality, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing UAT and business sign-off.
• Strong stakeholder, project governance, RAID, risk, and dependency management skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in M&A/acquisition data migration or integration is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT, data governance, and data lineage is preferred.
