Job summary

FRG Technology Consulting is seeking a Data Migration Lead to manage the planning and execution of data migration activities in SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to balance remote and on-site work in Stockholm or Helsinki.

The ideal candidate will ensure legacy data is properly extracted, cleansed, transformed, and loaded into S/4HANA, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve data quality and alignment with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP EWM data migration in large scale, automated warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of data migration activities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure legacy data is extracted, cleansed, transformed, and validated.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality.

Job description

The Data Migration Lead manages the planning and execution of all data migration activities in SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The role ensures that legacy data is properly extracted, cleansed, transformed, validated, and loaded into S/4HANA to support testing, cutover, and go-live. The Data Migration Lead works closely with business data owners, functional teams, and technical experts to ensure data quality, readiness, and alignment with program timelines.

• Experience leading data migration in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including experience in SAP EWM data migration in large scale, automated warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures, ETL processes, and migration tools
• Experience with data quality, cleansing, and reconciliation practices
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate business and IT stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
