Job summary

Rasulson Consulting AB is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead an IT Delivery & Migration workstream within a larger HR transformation program. You will drive planning to execution, ensuring migration, testing, integration, and go-live readiness while coordinating multiple initiatives and governance.

You will work with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and global functions, maintaining traceability and project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT delivery and program coordination.

• Experience coordinating integrations and managing integration dependencies.
• Experience test management including SIT, UAT and integration testing.
• Experience with data migration and data quality.
• Experience planning cutover and go-live activities.
