Job summary

Voyado is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Product & Customer Insights to join our internal Data & Analytics team. You’ll explore how customers adopt and engage with Voyado’s products, identify patterns tied to customer success and value, and turn complex data into actionable insights.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing and our analytics team to define KPIs, test concepts, and prototype new ways of delivering insights, including AI-powered and

Qualifications

• Several years of experience within data analysis, product analytics, customer analytics, or a similar field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience exploring and working with complex datasets.
• A solid understanding of data modelling and analytical data structures.
• Experience defining KPIs, metrics, or measurement frameworks.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing product adoption, engagement, feature usage, and customer behavior across Voyado’s product portfolio. Then turning it into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Helping Customer Success and Account Management better understand customer health, risks, and opportunities.
• Defining and validating KPIs, metrics, and measurement frameworks together with stakeholders
• Contributing to how Voyado measures and communicates customer value and value realization
• Prototyping analytical solutions that can later be operationalized and scaled together with the wider Data & Analytics team
• Exploring AI-powered and self-service analytics, including conversational analytics, intelligent alerts, and automated insight delivery
