Job summary

Voyado is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Insights & Analytics to own the direction of analytics capabilities across the product suite, including the analytics platform, customer analytics experiences, and the semantic/metric layer powering AI-driven experiences.

You will partner with Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, Engineering Managers, and other product teams to create a cohesive analytics experience, measure adoption, and ensure data trust.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with end-to-end ownership in a B2B SaaS context.
• Experience partnering with Analytics Engineers and architects on data models and semantic layers.
• Experience in multi-product environments with shared capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Insights & Analytics across Voyado.
• Conduct continuous discovery with retailers to inform decisions.
• Collaborate across Engage and Elevate to create a cohesive analytics experience.
• Define success metrics: adoption, trust, time-to-insight, business value.
• Represent analytics in product planning and commercial models.
