Job summary

Voyado is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Product & Customer Insights to join our internal Data & Analytics team. You’ll explore how customers adopt and engage with Voyado’s products, identify patterns tied to customer success and value, and turn complex data into actionable insights.

• Several years of experience within data analysis, product analytics, customer analytics, or a similar field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience exploring and working with complex datasets.
• A solid understanding of data modelling and analytical data structures.
• Experience defining KPIs, metrics, or measurement frameworks.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job description

We are super excited to announce that Mattias Edler Wadström is looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Product & Customer Insights to join our internal Data & Analytics team.

Our ambition is to better understand how customers use our products, what creates value for them, and how we can turn those signals into smarter decisions across Voyado. As part of this journey, we’re exploring not only what we measure, but also new ways of making insights accessible and actionable – from self-service analytics and operational intelligence to AI-powered experiences.

About the role

This is not a traditional reporting or dashboarding role.

As our Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of data, product, and business. You’ll explore how customers adopt and engage with Voyado’s products, identify patterns connected to customer success and value, and turn complex data into insights that people can actually act on.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and our Data & Analytics team. Sometimes that means diving into a business question and finding the story hidden in the data. Other times, it means defining a new KPI, testing an analytical concept, or prototyping a completely new way of delivering insights.

An important part of the role will also be exploring what modern analytics can look like at Voyado. Rather than assuming that every question needs another dashboard, you’ll experiment with conversational analytics, automated insights, alerts, triggers, and AI-assisted exploration.

In this role, you will:

• Analyzing product adoption, engagement, feature usage, and customer behavior across Voyado’s product portfolio. Then turning it into clear insights and business recommendations.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who combines analytical depth with business curiosity and a bias towards action.

You enjoy digging into data, but the analysis itself isn’t the end goal for you. You want to understand why something is happening, why it matters, and what we should do with that information.

You’re comfortable navigating ambiguous questions where the answer – or sometimes even the right metric – hasn’t been defined yet. You know how to bring structure to those situations, test hypotheses, and communicate what you discover in a way that makes sense to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You also don’t need everything to be perfectly built before getting started. You enjoy experimenting, prototyping, and validating whether an idea creates value before turning it into something more scalable.

And with analytics evolving quickly, you’re curious about how AI can change the way people or agents interact with data and insights – and excited to help us explore what that could look like at Voyado.
