Job summary

Voyado is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join the Insights & Activation product area, building a trusted data foundation that powers analytics, predictive models, and future AI capabilities across Voyado Engage.

You’ll model, validate and improve datasets, metric definitions and data quality processes using SQL and modern tooling, collaborating with product, UX and domain teams to ensure clear ownership and reliable analytics for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for data exploration, transformation and validation.
• Experience with dbt or similar tooling for governed data transformations.
• Experience building or maintaining data products, semantic layers or certified metrics.
• Understanding of lineage, data contracts, canonical entities and quality testing.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building governed data products with clear schemas, quality tests, lineage and ownership.
• Writing SQL to model, transform and validate structured data.
• Building and maintaining semantic definitions and certified metrics across analytics surfaces.
• Collaborating with domain teams to improve data quality and upstream ownership.
• Contributing to documentation, contracts and standards that make analytics reliable and understandable.
• Supporting the foundation behind embedded BI and future AI-powered analytics capabilities.
