Job summary

Cler in Stockholm, Sweden seeks its first customer success hire to build the function from scratch. You will ensure every customer obtains real, measurable value from Cler, and create processes to support a growing installed base.

The role focuses on onboarding, adoption, renewals and the development of playbooks and reporting, with expansion and advocacy to follow. You will coordinate with selected service partners for outcalls and field operations, owning everything that turns a working

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in customer success, technical account management, service delivery or customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and handover for new customers
• Own renewals, retention and customer relationships, from site technicians to executives
• Run business reviews with key customers
• Coordinate service partners for outcalls and field operations
• Build playbooks, lifecycle processes and health scoring
• Work with Product and Engineering to automate reporting and spot problems before customers do
• Work with Sales on expansion, references and case studies
• Bring customer feedback into product decisions.
