Job summary

Cytiva in Sweden seeks a Senior CRS Project & Automation Manager to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across CRS, IT, Digital, Quality, Product Management, Commercial and Operations. You will drive automation, AI adoption, and knowledge-sharing efforts to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will own program governance, stakeholder alignment, and benefits tracking while guiding change management in a regulated environment. English fluency is required.

The Senior CRS Project & Automation Manager is responsible for leading strategic projects, process improvement initiatives, automation efforts and AI adoption within CRS (Customer Regulatory Support). The role acts as a practical bridge between CRS, IT, Digital, Quality, Product Management, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, compliance and employee productivity.

This position is intended to strengthen CRS transformation capability by providing dedicated ownership for cross-functional project execution, automation opportunities, AI-enabled workflows, knowledge management improvements, customer self-service concepts, dashboarding and change management. The role should help CRS move from reactive support toward a more proactive, data-driven and customer-centric operating model.

What You'll Do

• Lead transformation projects and programs across CRS, driving initiatives from concept to implementation with clear governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive automation and AI adoption by identifying opportunities to simplify manual work, implementing digital solutions, and supporting tools such as AI-enabled search, workflow automation, and Copilot capabilities.
• Champion process excellence and continuous improvement through DBS and Kaizen methodologies, standardizing processes, reducing complexity, and establishing KPIs and dashboards to improve performance visibility.
• Enhance customer and stakeholder experience by leveraging customer feedback, VOC, and NPS insights to deliver impactful improvements, strengthen collaboration, and support customer-focused digital initiatives.
• Improve knowledge management and digital enablement by optimizing access to information, supporting key business systems and platforms, and ensuring best practices, lessons learned, and project outputs are captured and shared effectively.

Who You Are

• Bachelor degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Information Systems or related fields.
• Typically, 8 or more years of experience in project management, business transformation, operations excellence, quality, regulatory, process improvement, digital enablement or a related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex operational topics into clear executive-level messages and practical project plans.
• Comfortable working in a regulated, quality-focused or customer-facing environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, quality, regulatory or customer support environments.
• Experience with automation, AI adoption, RPA, process mining, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Salesforce, Copilot or similar digital tools.
• Lean, Six Sigma, DBS, Agile, Scrum, PMP or equivalent project/process improvement certification.
• Experience building dashboards, project scorecards, business cases or benefit tracking models.
