Manager, Global Service Readiness Engineering — CIBP is responsible for leading a team of service readiness engineers that ensures service readiness across the Cell & Gene Therapy (Sepax, Sefia, Xuri), Biacore, Imager, and Palltronics product portfolios — some of Cytiva's highest-revenue and most strategically important product lines. This role combines people leadership with hands‑on service engineering expertise to deliver high-quality service deliverables on time across New Product Development (NPD) projects and Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities.
This position reports to the Director, Global Service Engineering & Equipment Intelligence and is part of the Global Service Readiness Engineering organization located in Uppsala, Sweden or Portsmouth, UK and will be a onsite role.
