Qualifications

• More than 6 years of experience in software implementation, solution architecture, or technical business analysis.
• Proven ability to guide clients through complex operational changes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Own or influence the product backlog translating business goals into User Stories.
• Lead the definition of complex logic for Collective Labour Agreements.
• Act as the technical anchor for development teams.
