Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Crew Management or Operations Control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Jeppesen Crew Tracking solutions.
• Guide customers toward measurable value and operational excellence.
• Monitor project scope to minimize creep and manage changes.
• Establish joint governance processes and report to stakeholders.
• Act as Scrum Master and Agile Coach as necessary.
