Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight in Gothenburg, Sweden seeks a Manager of Professional Services to lead a delivery team responsible for configuring and delivering airline operations and planning solutions, including Crew Tracking, Operations Control, and crew and network planning products.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, EMEA, you will manage 5–10 staff across 1–2 teams and drive delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and leading software delivery or consulting teams in enterprise settings.
• Strong leadership, recruitment, and people development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements, priorities, and risk.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• MSc, BSc or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 5–10 implementation specialists across 1–2 teams.
• Own delivery goals, quality, and client relationships.
• Plan work, balance project commitments, and ensure sustainable workload.
• Escalate and resolve delivery risks, especially go-lives for real-time systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering and travel as needed.
