Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager to lead the Civil, Structural & Architectural scope on a major Data Centre project in Sweden. This on-site, senior role requires ownership of delivery from mobilisation through to completion on a demanding site.

You'll work with project management, subcontractors and client teams to ensure safety, quality and programme adherence, driving practical solutions and effective close-out of the project.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Civil, Structural & Architectural works.
• Data Centre or Mission Critical project experience.
• Proven leadership of site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong planning, programme management and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution and close-out of CSA activities on site.
• Manage CSA subcontractors, labour, materials and equipment.
• Drive safety, quality and on-time delivery to programme.
• Chair subcontractor meetings and maintain site records.
• Coordinate with M&E teams, client representatives and other disciplines.
• Identify risks, variations and site issues and implement solutions.
• Oversee final documentation, drawings and project handover.
