You will lead data-centre focused initiatives, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and drive digital transformation across the project controls ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction, excellent English, and a track record of improving project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project experience, including hands-on claims involvement.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and people skills with a client-facing focus.
• Proven track record of improving projects and organisations beyond basics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cutting-edge project and cost management services powered by digital tools.
• Oversee all project aspects from initiation to close-out following stage-gate processes.
• Create detailed project execution plans aligned with design maturity.
• Champion collaboration with commercial managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Innovate with new processes and drive digital transformation in project controls.
