Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight, Inc. is seeking a Senior Deployment and Security Architect for their Gothenburg-based Digital Solutions & Analytics team.

You will articulate the application and security architecture of deployed solutions, guiding customers and internal teams on secure configuration across AWS, CMD, and on-prem environments. You will lead customer discussions, respond to security questionnaires, and coach DevOps teams on secure deployment standards, with a strong emphasis on security

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud deployment, DevOps, or platform engineering with a focus on architecture
• Experience with AWS security services (IAM, KMS, networking/security groups)
• Kubernetes and container technologies (Docker); container security
• Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL incl. data protection
• Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and how to explain them to customers
• Experience responding to customer security questionnaires and audits (SIG, CAIQ)
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Communicate the application and security architecture of the standard solution across AWS, CMD, and on-prem/VM infrastructure
• Lead customer-facing discussions on solution and security architecture and compliance needs
• Answer customer security questionnaires and due-diligence requests with clear, accurate information
• Coach internal DevOps teams on secure deployment architecture and best practices
• Identify architecture and security improvements with Product Architects and drive adoption
• Review deployment tooling, build pipelines, and environments through an architecture lens
• Support move from VM/server-based environments to cloud-based, Kubernetes-driven deployments
• Maintain architecture and security documentation for customers and internal use
