Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Senior Deployment and Security Architect for Gothenburg, Sweden. You will lead deployment and security architecture across AWS, CMD and on-prem environments, ensuring security by design and strong customer engagement.

In this senior role you will guide internal teams and customers, align with product architects on improvements, and maintain comprehensive security documentation. Strong English communications are essential for success.

Qualifications

7+ years in cloud deployment, DevOps, or platform engineering
Strong AWS experience with IAM, KMS, networking
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including security
Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL data protection
Knowledge of cloud security concepts (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
Experience handling security questionnaires and audits
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Advanced English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

Communicate the application and security architecture across AWS, CMD, and on-prem.
Lead customer-facing discussions on solution and security architecture.
Answer security questionnaires and due-diligence requests.
Guide internal DevOps teams on secure deployment practices.
Identify architecture and security improvement opportunities with Product Architects.
Review deployment tooling and pipelines with a security lens.
Support move to cloud-based, Kubernetes deployments with security by design.
Maintain architecture and security documentation for customers and internal use.
