Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight, based in Gothenburg, seeks a skilled CIAM engineer to own and operate customer identity management within our internal cloud platform. You will ensure secure, scalable authentication and connect to identity providers, working in a B2B environment with teams across the globe.

Responsibilities include configuring CIAM services, implementing access policies, and monitoring security events. Familiarity with Terraform, GitOps, and observability tooling is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with CIAM platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Entra ID, Ping, or ForgeRock.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API Security and SAML2.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and security frameworks.
• Experience integrating APIs, web apps, and backend services with identity systems.
• Understanding of secure software delivery.
• Familiarity with secrets management, logging, observability, and incident response.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain CIAM platforms and services.
• Manage customer authentication, registration and profile flows.
• Integrate identity providers, social login, SSO, and federation to IdP.
• Define and enforce access policies, consent management, and account lifecycle controls.
• Monitor identity-related events, security alerts, and operational health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CIAM issues across applications and infrastructure.
• Partner with security, engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Use GitOps and automate CIAM deployments through infrastructure as code.
• Maintain reusable Terraform modules for CIAM provisioning and configuration.
• Support CIAM CI/CD pipelines and operational automation.
• Contribute to product development by translating requirements into identity features.
• Ensure privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
