Job summary

Coface is hiring an Operations Specialist (Finnish, Swedish & English speaking) to join our Nordic team in Stockholm. You will manage a portfolio of claims and debt-collection cases, coordinating with debtors and partners to drive resolutions and maintain clear, accurate documentation daily.

The role requires fluent Finnish, Swedish and English; you'll work closely with clients and colleagues across the Nordics, delivering service in a highly international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English.
• Experience in office, administration or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claims and debt collection cases across the Nordics from late payment to resolution.
• Coordinate with debtors and collection partners to move cases forward.
• Support clients and document activities with accuracy across cultures.
• Collaborate daily with clients, debtors, local partners and Coface teams.
