atNorth, a leading Nordic data center company, seeks a Debt Capital Markets Manager to drive funding strategy, lead debt financing, refinancing, and capital structure initiatives, supporting rapid growth. Reporting to the Director of Funding & Treasury, you will manage lender relationships, coordinate across Finance, Legal, Tax and Operations, and shape the company’s long-term funding strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in debt capital markets, project/infrastructure/finance, or treasury.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience leading debt financing transactions and lender negotiations.
• English proficiency and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead debt raising, refinancing, and debt structuring with banks, investors, and advisors.
• Support project, infrastructure, and corporate financing transactions.
• Analyze debt capacity, liquidity, leverage, and covenants.
• Prepare financial models, lender presentations, and information memoranda.
• Manage relationships with lenders, banks, advisors, rating agencies.
• Coordinate financing workstreams with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Operations.
• Negotiate and execute financing agreements and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with financing agreements and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate lender reporting and ad hoc financing requests.
• Support external ratings processes and rating agency materials.
• Monitor debt markets and financing structures for best practices.
• Contribute to funding process improvements and treasury infrastructure.
