Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, communication, training, go-live readiness, and continuous improvement. Fluent English and ability to work remotely in an international project environment are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM).
• Proven experience developing change strategies, impact assessments and implementation plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating training, user enablement and organisational readiness activities.
• Experience supporting IT system implementations and multi-country rollouts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with adoption metrics experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement change management strategies, roadmaps and plans.
• Identify and assess impact of new systems and organisational changes.
• Engage stakeholders and develop engagement strategies.
• Design communication plans for European teams and units.
• Coordinate training needs assessments and learning activities.
• Support go-live readiness, hypercare and continuous improvement.
• Define adoption KPIs and monitor change effectiveness.
• Coordinate change-related deliverables and timelines with project managers.
• Support standardised processes across multiple markets.
