Job summary

TC S is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead large-scale transformation programs across the Nordics. You will work with senior leadership to shape change journeys, design adoption strategies, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working and digital solutions.

You will collaborate across international teams, build client relationships, and contribute to the evolution of TCS OCM practices with practical assets and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Organizational Change Management activities in large-scale transformation programs.
• Background in ERP implementations, digital workplace transformations, technology rollouts, or enterprise-wide change programs.
• Knowledge of recognized OCM frameworks such as Prosci and ADKAR.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international, and distributed teams.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with experience creating executive-level deliverables.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

• Contribute to the growth of the TCS OCM practice through methodologies, thought leadership, and reusable assets.

About the role

As an OCM Consultant, you will play a key role in driving large-scale business and technology transformations across the Nordics and beyond. You'll work directly with senior leadership teams, business stakeholders, and project organizations to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working, digital solutions, and organizational change.
