Job summary

Workwide, a fast-growing Stockholm tech company, is hiring its first Senior Business Development Representative for the DACH market. You own outbound pipeline from mid-market to enterprise and shape how the company approaches the market, collaborating with AEs, Client Managers and Marketing.

You run 300 calls per week, use Lemlist for LinkedIn sequences, and craft emails around each prospect's role and pain points. This is a 40-hour hybrid role with four days in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales with proven pipeline performance.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders up to C-level.
• Consultative approach and ability to drive own performance via metrics.
• Interest in technology and AI.
• Nice to have: SaaS, staffing or consulting sales in DACH, and familiarity with tools HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator or Apollo.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline for the DACH region across mid-market and enterprise.
• Manage channel mix: calls, LinkedIn sequences, and personalized emails.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Managers and Marketing; coach SDRs.
