Job summary

Precis Digital in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking a senior media operations leader to elevate delivery quality for B2B marketing engagements. You will guide a large team, drive excellence in media execution across multiple channels, and ensure an outstanding client experience.

You will mentor the team, stay ahead of industry trends, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape our media offering. The role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on program management in a fast-paced digital

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B marketing or equivalent leadership role.
Deep knowledge of at least two marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic, SoMe, Microsoft Ads).
Strong understanding of the B2B media landscape for SaaS and long sales cycles.
Solid grasp of SEO, CRO, creative and RevOps in a B2B context.
Experience with attribution, data enrichment and reporting for B2B clients.
Proven ability to lead teams and develop talent in media operations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) and workflows.
