Job summary

Capgemini seeks a senior, business-driven sales professional to accelerate growth in Automotive and Manufacturing sectors across the Nordic region. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and drive digital transformation, IT services, consulting engagements, and large-scale projects.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with delivery teams, and lead procurement and strategic deals with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, consulting services, or digital solutions.
• Proven experience selling into the Automotive and/or Manufacturing sectors.
• Experience selling large consulting engagements, digital services, and project-based deliveries.
• Strong track record in managing complex sales processes with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
• Experience in contract management, procurement processes, and commercial negotiations.
• Well-established network within the Automotive and Manufacturing industries across the Nordic region.
• Full working proficiency in English, preferable also in Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
• Sell consulting services, digital transformation initiatives, strategic programs, and large-scale project and service engagements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through contract negotiation and signing.
• Lead complex procurement processes and strategic deals involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop business strategies and account plans for selected customers.
• Contribute to the development of offerings tailored to the Automotive and Manufacturing industries.
