Job summary

Axis Communications in Lund is seeking a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer to join the ARTPEC SoC verification team. You will work on pre-silicon verification of in-house hardware IPs and subsystems using simulation and formal methods, in an agile, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes growth, learning, and applying advanced verification techniques to complex multi‑clock domain designs, with opportunities to contribute to papers and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of digital hardware Verilog HDL and verification strategies (SystemVerilog, UVM).
• Experience with complex SoC architecture, multi-clock domains, AXI/APB protocols, and power/reset architectures.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Tcl.
• Experience verifying SoC projects or embedded processors.

Responsibilities

• Verify ARTPEC ASICs using simulation and formal methods.
• Contribute to pre-silicon verification of in-house hardware IPs and subsystems.
• Follow agile verification flows and collaborate across teams.
• Possibly write papers and present findings at international conferences.
