Job summary

Proxify in Stockholm is expanding its AI solutions division and seeks a senior technical and consultative counterpart to lead pre-sales conversations. You will understand client challenges, identify where AI agents and automation create value, and turn opportunities into clearly scoped projects.

From discovery to proposal delivery, you shape architecture, estimates, and client communications. You will transition projects to our Forward Deployed AI Engineers while remaining available for critical

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture or technical consulting with strong depth to scope real-world systems.
• Hands-on experience building or designing LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and workflow automations.
• Outstanding client-facing skills to lead conversations with senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Experience translating ambiguous business problems into technical solutions, project scopes, estimates and proposals.
• Business and commercial judgment to assess value and balance complexity against impact.
• Systems thinking across architectures, data environments, integrations, and constraints.
• Fluent professional English for clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ownership and autonomy to run several opportunities in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales and discovery directly with prospective clients to understand processes, data, and challenges.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and determine when conventional software or simpler solutions are more appropriate.
• Design high-level architectures, specify integrations, and assess feasibility and security requirements.
• Translate opportunities into actionable project briefs with deliverables, assumptions, and estimates.
• Support winning deals with proposals, presentations, objections handling, and client conversations.
• Validate feasibility with engineering before commitments and hand over to Forward Deployed AI Engineers.
• Contribute to scalable AI solutions by developing repeatable patterns and best practices.
• Occasional client site visits.
