Job summary

Proxify AB is expanding its AI capabilities and seeks a senior technical and consultative pre-sales leader. You will understand client business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and translate them into clearly scoped projects.

You’ll own the journey from discovery through proposal delivery, with handover to Forward Deployed AI Engineers for implementation. You will work with our commercial team to shape solutions, estimate effort, and support deals, while staying closely involved in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or similar.
• Hands-on experience building or designing LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and workflow automations.
• Outstanding client-facing skills and ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Technical pre-sales and solution design experience translating ambiguous problems into technical solutions, project scopes and estimates.
• Business and commercial judgment: prioritize opportunities and balance complexity against impact.
• Systems thinking: comfortable with unfamiliar architectures, data environments, integrations, and constraints.
• Fluent professional English and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ownership and autonomy: manage several opportunities in parallel and drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales and discovery with prospective clients.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and choose appropriate solutions.
• Design credible high-level architectures, assess integrations and security.
• Scope and estimate projects with deliverables, requirements, and success criteria.
• Support winning deals with proposals and client conversations.
• Enable delivery by handover to Forward Deployed AI Engineers.
• Help develop repeatable patterns and best practices for scaling AI solutions.
• Occasional client site visits.
