Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks a Senior Program Manager in Norway for its Professional Services team. You will lead large-scale IT services programs, govern delivery, and drive ROI-focused outcomes across multi-site engagements.

You will manage program governance, mentor project managers, coordinate RAID and change control, and act as executive liaison to customers and Dell leadership, travelling as required.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Program and Project Delivery methods.
• Successful track record in complex IT services delivery program management (multi-customer, multi-site, multi-year).
• Data Center Infrastructure experience (Storage, Server, Networking).
• Demonstrated mastery of operating in complex, matrix environment with distributed teams and multiple management levels across cross-functional teams.
• Internal and external thought leadership.
• Global experience and ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• 15+ years of leadership in projects, programs, consulting.
• Travel during delivery ramps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of program governance and deliver Quality Assurance for artifacts.
• Oversee projects in the portfolio and guide project managers to deliver on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish and manage RAID, change control, and status communications to customers and leadership.
• Serve as single point of contact for executive/management communication to maintain relationships with customers, management, sales and delivery teams.
• Act as role model, provide feedback and coaching, and build trust with customers.
