Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive end-to-end implementations for our largest customers. You will articulate Celonis product positioning, collaborate with Sales, Partners and Value Engineering, and establish the Services value proposition during pre-sales.

You will help customers build enduring capabilities, identify further Services needs during engagement, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, with fluency in Swedish required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a client-facing project manager in enterprise software implementations.
• Proven ability to document and maintain project plans, risks, issues, actions, and run resolutions with executives.
• Strong communication skills and a background in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformational customer programs and shape project outcomes.
• Plan, schedule, and manage timelines and activities from kickoff through training.
• Manage resources, scope, and budget across multiple projects with detailed plans.
• Collaborate with senior executives, process owners, and technical teams to align goals.
• Serve as primary contact for feature requests and escalation of issues.
• Regularly communicate status, risks, and action items; maintain portfolio reporting.
• Mentor implementation teams and partners to ensure Celonis methodology is followed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Services methods and best practices.
