Job summary

Dell Technologies in Sweden seeks a highly motivated HPC / AI Infrastructure / Configuration Service Delivery Engineer to support deployment, configuration, validation, and operational excellence of large-scale AI and HPC environments.

You will focus on service delivery, platform reliability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure services, collaborating with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management, provisioning, and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting Linux and distributed computing environments.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, or large-scale compute environments.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and data center infrastructure fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support activities for AI and HPC environments.
• Ensure infrastructure consistency, compliance, and operational readiness across large-scale deployments.
• Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Maintain operational runbooks, standards, and configuration management processes.
• Monitor cluster health, configuration status, capacity, and service performance.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams to improve service reliability and efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, logging, telemetry, and operational analytics capabilities.
• Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.
