Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Senior Advisor for Workflow and Planning in Hospital Engineering. Based primarily in Sweden, with options in Germany or other Getinge sites, the role focuses on CSSD and OR design projects, demand calculation, and workflow consultancy.

You will collaborate with management, customers, R&D, and partners across automation and customized products, driving efficient hospital workflows and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital planning, process or factory planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, architecture, construction or relevant clinical field.
• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit; experience with AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
• Basic project management and workflow/value-chain analysis.
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Workflow simulation or programming skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Swedish or German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer design projects for CSSD and OR, including factory-scope automation projects.
• Analyze workflows and requirements to develop functional department layouts.
• Propose and simulate automation-supported workflow improvements.
• Support large-scale projects across Getinge units, including automation and customized products.
• Present concepts and proposals to customers.
• Create CAD drawings and presentation materials using Autodesk Revit.
• Document projects and share knowledge across the organization.
