Job summary

Voi Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks a Senior Central Operations Manager (Supplier Management) to lead end-to-end partnerships with 3PL providers and set the standards all partners must follow to ensure vehicle availability for riders across markets.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with large data analyses, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Repair, Safety, and Workforce Management while scaling operating models regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, vendor/3PL management, procurement or strategy consulting.
• Hands-on experience with third-party logistics or outsourced-service provider relationships, including performance management and escalation.
• A track record of running and presenting analyses of large data sets, gathering insights and driving decisions with measurable commercial or operational impact.
• Experience running large-scale cross-functional programmes, managing several concurrent projects with senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the framework for the 3PL vs. in-house split across markets.
• Define and roll out SOPs, KPIs and SLAs for 3PL performance and accountability.
• Reduce concentration risk across the 3PL network and design redundancy.
• Collaborate with Procurement to set sourcing criteria and bring requirements into vendor selection.
• Set and track KPIs for 3PL performance and drive improvements.
• Integrate 3PL and charging capacity into central capacity planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Repair, Safety, and Workforce Management.
