Job summary

Est Populo is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to take full ownership of client Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. You will build scalable account structures, optimize keywords, and manage bids to drive performance across a portfolio of e‑commerce clients.

You’ll diagnose underperformance, present clear results to clients, and collaborate with our paid social team to ensure cohesive channel strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally with e‑commerce clients.
• Real experience with budget ownership, not just campaign maintenance.
• Comfortable presenting data to clients who will push back on it.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of Paid Search accounts, from account structure and bid strategy down to the small changes that quietly fix a client’s worst-performing campaign.

What you'll do

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts across a portfolio of clients
• Own account structure, keyword strategy, and bid management as performance shifts
• Diagnose why an account underperforms, not just report that it did
• Present search performance and strategy directly to clients
• Work closely with the paid social team to keep channel strategy consistent

What success looks like

• You can explain exactly why a campaign moved before a client asks
• Your account structures hold up as budgets scale, instead of needing to be rebuilt
• Clients start asking for your opinion on things outside search

What we're looking for

• 2+ years hands‑on experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally with e‑commerce clients
• Real experience with budget ownership, not just campaign maintenance
• Comfortable presenting data to clients who will push back on it
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Computer provided
• Work from our Gothenburg or Stockholm office, or remote
