Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior security or risk management experience in complex organizations.
• Proven leadership experience and track record of driving development and change.
• Understanding of integrating security into governance and operational processes.
• Experience with strategic initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Business Unit's security strategy and capabilities.
• Ensure security, risk management, and compliance support business objectives and strategy.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management on risk, security and resilience.
• Drive continuous development of processes, governance and ways of working in security.
• Create a strong security culture with high awareness and accountability.
• Lead and coordinate security initiatives, transformation efforts and improvements.
• Represent the Business Unit in security forums and in dialogue with customers, partners and authorities.
• Oversee protective, information, personnel and physical security, risk management, incident management and crisis preparedness.
