Job summary

Saab AB seeks a Head of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance to lead the governance, risk and compliance function within the CIO Office. You will translate legal, regulatory and internal requirements into clear IT policies, controls and accountable ways of working across Saab.

The role requires senior leadership collaboration, risk assessment and proactive governance across Saab's global IT landscape. You will drive the governance framework, demand evidence of compliance, and escalate issues to

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT governance, risk management and compliance.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, policies and decision models in large global organisations.
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Experience advising and influencing senior leaders in complex organisations.
• Experience driving governance, risk or compliance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT governance, risk and compliance area within the CIO Office.
• Translate applicable requirements into clear IT policies and controls with ownership.
• Oversee compliance demonstrations and evidence collection across Saab IT.
• Provide senior management with consolidated IT risk and compliance status.
• Drive governance capabilities to support Saab's technology landscape including AI and platform capabilities.
• Embed governance requirements into technology investments and transformation initiatives.
• Advise senior leaders on governance, risk and compliance matters.
