Job summary

Konecranes Scandinavia is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training for customers, agents, and internal staff. You will plan, deliver, and continually improve training programs, create documentation, and support digital learning initiatives across the region.

The role requires strong pedagogy, technical knowledge, and an ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences in an international environment. Regular travel within Scandinavia is expected.

Qualifications

• Pedagogical skills and clear communication.
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong technical knowledge within hydraulics, electronics, mechanics, and software systems.
• Extensive product knowledge or ability to quickly acquire advanced technical product expertise.
• Experience working with similar machinery or technical products is advantageous.
• High proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital training/eLearning tools.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and across cultures.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and follow up on technical training programs for participants across Scandinavia.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and digital content.
• Deliver standardized and customized training courses at various levels.
• Conduct forklift operator training and issue training certificates/licences.
• Create and finalize eLearning content for different levels.
• Provide training-related assistance and materials to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate to keep content accurate and up-to-date.
