Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a motivated Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training for customers, agents, and internal staff across Scandinavia. You will plan, execute, and follow up on programs, build materials, and support learners with a range of formats including eLearning.

The role emphasizes strong pedagogy, cross-cultural collaboration, and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly. Based in Sweden with regular travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Pedagogical and communication skills essential.
• Customer-focused mindset and service orientation.
• Strong knowledge across hydraulics, electronics, mechanics and software systems.
• Ability to quickly acquire advanced product knowledge.
• Experience with machinery or technical products is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and digital training/eLearning tools.
• Independent, structured work approach and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and follow up on technical training programs for participants across Scandinavia.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials and manuals.
• Deliver standardized and customized training courses at varying competency levels.
• Conduct forklift operator training and issue training certificates and licenses.
• Develop and finalize eLearning content for different learning levels.
• Support customers, service engineers, regional trainers, and internal staff with training resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep content accurate and up to date.
