Job summary

Konecranes Lifttrucks AB in Sweden is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality technical training for customers, agents, and internal staff. You will plan, deliver, and continuously improve programs, and create training materials, manuals, and digital learning content.

The role requires strong pedagogical and communication skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work across cultures while traveling across Scandinavia to meet training needs.

Qualifications

• Strong pedagogical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• High social competence and a customer- and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong technical knowledge within hydraulics, electronics, mechanics, and software systems.
• Extensive product knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire advanced technical product expertise.
• Experience working with similar machinery or technical products is considered an advantage.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital training/eLearning tools.
• The ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and effectively across cultures.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and follow up on technical training programs for internal and external participants across Scandinavia.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, technical manuals, and training programs.
• Deliver both standardized and customized technical training courses at various competency levels.
• Conduct forklift operator training and issue training certificates and operator licenses.
• Develop and finalize eLearning content and training programs for different learning levels.
• Support customers, service engineers, regional trainers, and internal employees with training-related assistance and educational materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical content, documentation, and training materials remain accurate and up to date.
