Job summary

Howspace is seeking a Swedish-speaking Senior BDR to drive outbound prospecting across the Scandinavian region, focusing on mid-market organizations and high-value engagements. You will own the local pipeline strategies, autonomously building relationships with HR, L&D and senior leaders.

You will partner with Marketing and Account Executives, conduct discovery calls, and maintain a clean CRM in Hubspot to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience building outbound pipeline in B2B SaaS or HR tech is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high-trust culture.
• Excellent communication with HR directors and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns targeting key decision-makers in Scandinavia (HR, L&D, C-level).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand organizational development challenges.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to optimize local market penetration strategies.
• Maintain a clean pipeline in Hubspot for data-driven decision making.
