Job summary

Tata consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Partner to join our global team and drive solution-led growth within the Communications and Media industry. You will engage with senior stakeholders and lead Salesforce-driven transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will own opportunities from initiation to closure, collaborating with global teams, and leveraging your CRM and industry domain expertise to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT and CRM-driven transformations.
• At least 5 years in CRM implementations (preferably Salesforce).
• Experience with telecom or media CRM journeys and platforms (Salesforce, Siebel, Amdocs, Netcracker, Hansen).
• Strong pre-sales capabilities: solution positioning, discovery, value articulation, proposals.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution-led growth and manage the sales funnel.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders as trusted advisor.
• Own and drive Salesforce-focused opportunities from initiation to closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with global teams to deliver outcomes.
• Define and demonstrate innovative solutions using domain and technical expertise.
