Job summary

NoA Ignite is looking for a Salesforce Consultant who excels at building solutions together with clients. This role requires a solid background in Salesforce or similar systems, and a proactive approach to implementation and project management.

You will own the full Salesforce engagement process, from discovery to delivery, while leading client conversations and driving implementations. The position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to work closely with a cross-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience working with CRM or business systems.
• Solid Salesforce experience or strong knowledge of Dynamics, HubSpot, ERP, or BI tools.
• Confident with advanced configuration, flow automation, and system integrations.
• Comfortable leading client and stakeholder conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc of Salesforce engagements from discovery to implementation.
• Lead client relationships and identify new solution opportunities.
• Drive implementations forward with structure and ownership.
