Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior Salesforce Solution Architect with hands-on design experience across Salesforce platforms.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC and Flow in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Proven ability to architect API, event and middleware integrations.

• Familiarity with Agentforce, AI agents, prompts and grounding concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solution architecture across multiple projects.
• Lead architecture and technical design covering Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, Apex and LWC.
• Govern integrations with enterprise systems, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Define API, event-driven and middleware integration patterns.
• Lead Data Cloud implementations: ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution, segmentation and activation.
• Evaluate Agentforce and AI agent capabilities for projects.
• Conduct technical discovery, requirements analysis, gap assessments and evaluations.
• Build POCs and prototypes to validate approaches and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with business, enterprise architects and delivery teams.
• Provide architectural guidance, reviews and support throughout delivery.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations and support teams.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead solution architecture and design across Salesforce platforms, Data Cloud (Data 360), and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate should combine strong architectural expertise with hands-on technical capabilities, particularly in Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA integrations, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solution architecture across multiple projects.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Advanced hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Practical implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Strong integration architecture experience involving APIs, events and middleware.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP platforms.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, AI agents, prompts, grounding and Einstein Trust Layer.
• Strong experience in customer‑facing consulting and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant or Agentforce Specialist.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of customer feedback, survey, claims, warranty and after‑sales processes.
