A leading international technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join its growing team in Stockholm.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business requirements and customer delivery, taking ownership of Salesforce solutions from initial requirements through to implementation.

The Role

The Salesforce Solution Architect will work closely with customers and internal delivery teams to understand business requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

The role will involve:

• Designing Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Working with customers and stakeholders to understand their challenges and objectives
• Translating business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Providing architectural direction across Salesforce implementations
• Supporting the full project lifecycle, from discovery and design through to delivery
• Working closely with developers, consultants and project teams
• Advising customers on Salesforce capabilities, best practices and potential improvements
• Taking responsibility for the quality and scalability of proposed solutions

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead, Functional Consultant or similar
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and the wider Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions from requirements through to implementation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery
• A structured, analytical approach to solving complex problems
• Fluent Swedish and English

Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not essential.
