Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Salesforce Platform Architect to provide technical leadership for our global Salesforce platform, shaping its direction and ensuring scalable, user‑focused solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and developers across geographies to translate business goals into sustainable outcomes, drive platform adoption, and mentor teams.

Location prefer Örebro or Stockholm; applications from other EMEA sites welcome; some international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Salesforce platforms and architecture in a business environment.
• Understanding of business processes within sales, service, or related areas.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to projects that involve multiple teams, functions, or geographies.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with global organizations, integrations, leadership responsibilities, or Salesforce certifications is valuable, but not essential to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

• Guide the overall architecture and design of our Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders across Epiroc to translate business goals into sustainable and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, application specialists, developers, and integration teams to deliver value across the organization.
• Drive platform innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
• Support and mentor teams working within the Salesforce landscape.
• Help shape integration strategies and ensure seamless collaboration across our technology ecosystem.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and decisions regarding the future development of the platform.
