Job summary

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions in Malmö, Sweden, is seeking a Sales Analyst & Operation Assistant to turn data into strategic decisions and streamline the sales workflow. The role is based in hybrid Malmö with opportunities to influence the commercial team.

You will build regular reports, manage data flows with distributors and key accounts, and help align sales and marketing activities while supporting CRM developments and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Supports the sales team by turning data into clear decisions and reducing the administrative workload, so the commercial team can focus on growth.
• Provide regular data analysis and management reports (primary and secondary sales, product categories, geography).
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards (cockpits) aligned to sales team goals.
• Manage data flows and synchronization with distributors and key accounts.
• Support CRM development and automation of sales processes.
• Describe and document business processes.
• Align sales and marketing activities, identifying gaps in promotions and campaigns.
• Take ownership of assigned projects end to end.

• Fluent English.
