Job summary

Villa Valentina, part of Urban Italian Group, is seeking a Supervisor to support the management team in delivering warm, guest-focused service on the floor and to help keep the team organized during busy shifts.

You will lead by example, assist guests with confidence, work closely with managers and the kitchen, and contribute to training and daily team motivation while upholding UIG standards across our growing European brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Confident on the floor and comfortable supporting a team.
• Warm, positive and guest-focused.

The Role
