Job summary

Villa Valentina, part of Urban Italian Group, is seeking a Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and support the smooth flow of service. You will be the first and last impression of the guest experience.

We value warmth, organization and clear communication with managers, wait staff and the kitchen. Swedish speakers are a plus; celebrate hospitality by creating memorable, friendly experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Warm, positive and confident when speaking with guests.
• Organised and calm in a busy restaurant environment.
• A strong communicator who enjoys working with a team - Swedish speaker is a plus.
• Professional, reliable and well-presented.
• Able to multitask and keep an eye on the details.
• Passionate about creating great guest experiences.

The Role

As Host / Hostess, you will be the first person our guests meet and the last impression they take with them. You will help create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience, manage reservations, support the flow of the restaurant and bring warmth to every guest interaction.
