Rerun is hiring a Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of technical and commercial roles. This remote-first team hires across the US and Europe, with flexibility to overlap UK hours for West Coast calls.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years recruiting within early-stage startups (Seed to Series A-C).
• Full-cycle delivery experience, owning searches end-to-end.
• Experience recruiting for technical products and developer-facing roles.
• Comfortable in commercial and developer-facing hiring, including DevRel.
• Strong sourcing skills and excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own searches end to end: sourcing, screening, process management and closing.
• Build high-quality pipelines through outbound search and referrals.
• Recruit across developer relations, forward deployed engineering, marketing, content and sales.
• Assess candidates for technical substance and role fit with hiring managers.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Maintain organized, efficient processes with high autonomy.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead on role definition and market insights.
