Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for Technology & Product teams (R&D). You’ll act as a strategic partner to leaders, raise the quality of hiring, and orchestrate AI across the recruiting lifecycle.

The role is ideally based in Finland, Sweden, or the UK, with a global remit and flexibility across time zones. You’ll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, R&D, and collaborate with People, Compensation, and Employer Branding

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting delivery across global tech and product teams.
• Proactive sourcing across geographies and platforms.
• Coaching hiring managers on role scoping, interview design, and assessment quality.
• Data-driven market insights and funnel metrics for senior stakeholders.
• AI-first recruitment workflows and process improvement across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for Technology & Product teams from scoping to offer.
• Build pipelines to engage candidates before urgency hits and close offers in competitive markets.
• Coach managers on role definition, interview design, and evidence-based assessment.
• Deliver market intelligence and identify hiring needs before they become urgent.
• Design and run AI-native recruiting workflows and pilot new approaches.
